Kate Branch
Kate holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and a Master's degree in Art Therapy, specialising in Fine Art and Psychodynamics. That background shapes how she works: a powerful image or video transcends its surface. She captures and curates content from around the globe, and licenses her videography through Adobe, one of many artists Adobe approached directly to buy work for commercial use and AI training.
Kate also donates selected landscape images to Pexels and Unsplash, released under a Creative Commons license for educational use and to support marketing efforts. They are not available for derivative products, commercial reproduction, or resale in any form.
Kate has also published a book, How to Look Good in Photos: His and Hers Photogenic Tips and Tricks, and hosted a small podcast series, Gratitude Shot with Kate Branch, exploring gratitude through photography. She's never been one to shy away from a new challenge. That doesn't mean every challenge earns a permanent spot. Writing a book proved far more isolating than she expected, and podcasting had her talking more than looking. Neither stuck. What has, since 1995, is the camera in her hands.
